The Kuehne+Nagel Code of Conduct reaffirms our commitment to human rights and fair working conditions. We promote the development of such a culture that fully supports and respects the rights of every human being.
In 2022, the company developed a comprehensive Human Rights Policy that consolidated previous guidelines, incorporating and promoting the following principles:
- Prohibition of child labor
- A culture of diversity and inclusion, free from harassment and discrimination
- Worker rights and fair labor practices, including the prevention of forced labor
- The right to organize and collective bargaining
- A safe and healthy workplace
- Carbon footprint monitoring
Our suppliers also have an obligation to respect internationally recognized human rights. This is an integral part of the commitment of suppliers and subcontractors to adhere to the Supplier Code of Conduct and ensure compliance with it.
