The trust and satisfaction of the people who work with Kuehne+Nagel are our priorities. Their comments drive us to continuously improve. That is why we have introduced a tool that simplifies the sharing of opinions on a wide range of topics, from the quality of service to the level of communication with an employee of our company.
In each email from a Kuehne+Nagel employee there is a 5-point rating scale. Click on it to go to the page where you can express your opinion.
The opinions expressed via a scale of 1 to 5 and a comments are reviewed and analysed on an ongoing basis with a view to applying possible improvement actions.
Feedback that drives change
As a thank you for each feedback with a comment, we will plant a tree. This initiative, launched in 2022, is our annual contribution to creating biodiverse and naturally rich places. By working with the Foundation "Las na Zawsze:, we are securing a land that will not be taken over for other infrastructure and will be fully dedicated to nature.
Planting trees has never been easier
In just 5 minutes you can plant a seedling that will grow into a majestic tree.
How to do it? Dig a deep hole and gently place the plant's roots in the hole; you can add special soil with bacteria to give the seedling all the nutrients it needs. Then gently bury the hole with soil/ Remember that trees need space to grow, so take three big steps before planting another one.
Simple, right?
However, you don't have to be out there to make a difference.
By leaving feedback after interacting with our team, within minutes you can plant a seedling and contribute to the creation of a unique forest oasis that will grow forever.
How do I leave feedback?
Find an email from a Kuehne+Nagel employee. In each message, in the employee's email footer, you will find a 5-point rating scale. Click on it to be taken to a page where you can rate your experience and enter a comment about your chosen area of cooperation.
How to plant a tree while leaving an opinion?
If you would like us to plant a tree for your opinion, please leave a comment with your rating. A rating on a scale of 1 to 5 alone is not enough. We plant a tree for every comment.
Will I get a certificate attesting to my contribution to the creation of the forest?
Of course, you will receive a certificate :)
In the autumn, after all the planting, a certificate will be sent to each person who has left feedback about their experience with the Kuehne+Nagel and provided their contact details. If you leave an anonymous opinion, we will not be able to send the certificate because we will not know to whom give it.
What does it mean that a tree will grow forever?
This means that a tree planted in cooperation with the Foundation "Las na Zawsze" will be protected and will not be affected by felling.
What does a biodiverse forest mean?
A biodiverse forest is one in which different species of trees, shrubs and plants grow and a variety of animals and microorganisms live. It is a forest that is not restricted to one type of tree, as was the case with pine monocultures in Poland. Planting a variety of native deciduous tree and shrub species helps make the forest more resilient to environmental factors. This also protects the diversity of organisms living in the forest, which contributes to the health of the entire ecosystem.
